Aerial Workshops Structure

  • Rhythmic Gymnastics Based Warm Up

  • Learn the stretches on the floor that will help you achieve flexibility tricks in the air

  • Floor conditioning to prepare your for the demands of aerial training

  • Brain training to learn the pathways the body has to complete upside down

  • Injury Prevention Theraband Activation

  • Strengthening drills on the aerial apparatus necessary to pull up on a spin

  • Perfecting transitions on the aerial apparatus to improve your grace in the air

  • A selection of aerial tricks based on the goals of the group

  • Aerial Duo Transitions (selected workshops only)
