On Friday November 13th 2015 we will be starting a second time slot for our Melbourne Handstand Classes giving you the opportunity to train handstands twice per week! Both our Tuesday Handstand Class 8.15-9.15pm and our Friday Handstand Class 8-9pm will be included in our Limber Membership! Training handstands often in small amounts is the key to building up strength and endurance in all the small muscles in your wrists and forearms that are working hard to stabilise you. As our coach Simon always says "do you drills and you'll get the skills" and now you have even more opportunity to practice under the guidance of our coaches and in our fun and hard working training environment. Yoga lovers who are wanting to learn more about handstand technique are encouraged to come for a free trial class and see what it's all about!
