HULA STRETCH WORKSHOP

Our recently held Hula Hoop and Stretch workshop was a hit!

It took a couple of classes but everyone mastered some basic hoop skills and worked those abs! Big thanks to Cirque du Soleil Artist Leilisha Marning for taking the workshop and sharing her knowledge. Hula hoop classes can be booked on request, ask Lauren for more info.
